REFUND POLICY

All products that have not been delivered within 45 business days are eligible for full refund or reshipment. 

Sunsetvio offers customers a security of 45 business days. If your order does not arrive after 45 business days from the date it was shipped, we will refund or reship your order. 

We do not process refunds because your parcel did not arrive before a specific desired date.

We do not process refunds if the item shows as delivered to your address by the shipping company and the item was stolen or went missing.

Damaged product

All products that are defective or damaged are eligible for full refund without need to return. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your product at [email protected] should the item be defective or damaged. Proof of purchase such as receipts/order confirmation as well as proof that your item is damaged or defective (image/video) are required in order to receive a refund. More proof may be asked of you so that we may process a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded. 

Refund processing times

Please allow a period of 1-5 business days for your refund to be processed after contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment once approved.
